The spa center had a nice, clean ambiance that offered a truly relaxing vibe. The view from the Executive Suite was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop to wind down after a long day on the slopes.

Unfortunately, the communication regarding the shuttle service was unclear. we were left to pay for private transport to the ski resort, which felt overpriced considering its proximity. some of the rooms had electrical issues that left them feeling less than five-star standard, and despite the issue being reported, it wasn't promptly addressed. Dining options were somewhat limited, and those who prefer variety might find it lacking.

absolutely horrid experience at this so-called five-star hotel. I was met with unprofessional spa staff and shocking service from the restaurant, who seemed like they were too burdened to serve. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience I faced, but alas, nothing. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

the nature around the hotel was super pretty, we loved the view! the spa was also nice, had a cool relaxing vibe. staff were chill and helped us when we needed. def a nice spot for families with kids. pool was fun too!

our junior suite had some issues that weren't fixed which was really annoying. also, food options were kinda limited.
